Weekend Wrap Up

Fun With Kids

Let’s talk about our weekend wrap up!

We took our little girl Zoha to CHAP for the art class and we met several really nice people… If you live in Oregon or Washington State, stay tuned because CHAP’s interview would be here soon so you can learn what they do for the community. They are really busy for two months but by December, you would be able to read about them more here on this blog. I already made an appointment with a very sweet lady.

Here is my little Zoha with her contagious smile!

Zahra and Zahid are always very supportive toward their sisy.

Later in the evening one of my friends visited us and my mother who is a “cooking queen” prepared such a delicious dinner with a quick recipe for the sauce to spice up the dinner table.

These kids grabbed every possible snack in the house for their tea party!

At the end of the day,  they were begging to play a bit in their room before dinner.

I barely put the girl’s room together for now until I put the design together to give it a great makeover!

Our kids like to take a bath every night, they even manage to swim in the bathtub…LOL, Most of the time my husband takes them inside swimming pools in town. As a Muslim, we supposed to start to cover our whole body starting at a certain age. Here is my list for the best swimming clothes for modest/Muslim kids on Amazon.

Her dad loves to see Zoha swimming and capable of doing everything with her siblings!

Right before going to bed, I visited some of my blogger friends so I could see their new posts to support them. I am so proud of my blogger’s community, You all are an awesome and tremendous help for each other. Please come, join me here to share your posts and learn from each other. It’s a cute little corner to hang out for us bloggers. No strict rules to follow and no obligations. Just your love and support for each other is helping us to grow together as a “humbling attitude goes long ways”.

Now tell me about your weekend, I would love to hear what my blogy family was up to?

  1. Your kiddos are so cute! Sticking to a schedule is so hard, I’ve found, but also seems so necessary. It looks like you have a great plan moving forward!

    1. Thank you Jen, and I would appreciate if someday you can spare some time for the interview as well. No rush though. If you have some time in the near future. I am just going to force myself to stick to a schedule, hope it would push me to stay on track.

    1. Thank you! I always appreciate your support. You are one of the first followers to walk along with me in this blogging journey. It has not been two months but I am having fun and seems like a lot work for this little blog behind the seen… LOL.

  2. What a lovely weekend! Excellent idea, posting your blogging schedule. If only I could become so organized, haha! Your children are adorable! Keep up the great work my friend ?

  3. Thanks for the recipe! Totally going to try it 🙂 Your kids are darling and it looks like they had a blast with the tea party. Moving to a new place is tough and definitely has an adjustment period. We are still getting into the swing of things even though we have been at our new place for half of the summer. I look forward to your future posts 🙂

  4. Thanks so much for the shout-out, Bushra! I love that you’ve come up with a little schedule for your blog now. I can’t wait to see your upcoming posts! Weekend Wrap Ups are my favorite! ?
All of your children are just absolutely beautiful! & I think your food photography is already great! Hope you have a wonderful week! ♡
